Career builders
We’re not homebuilders because it’s the popular thing to do – not because we think we can make a quick buck. A pickup truck and a business card don’t make someone a builder – commitment and capability does. We’re homebuilders because we love to build homes. We’ve been doing this for over 30 years and plan to keep doing it as long as we can.
Quality vs. quantity
We are not a high-volume builder. We choose to build only the number of homes we feel we can finish to the standards we, and you, expect. So, depending on the requirements of each home, that could be around a dozen homes a year. Sometimes more, sometimes less. That’s another aspect that builds trust. We don’t take on more than we can handle, therefore you can trust that we’ll do the job right.
Fast and easy follow up
We pride ourselves on “being there” for our clients, even after the home is complete. You won’t get the runaround when you call us for follow-up questions. To us, once you’re a client, you’re always a client and we’ll gladly respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible.
