Carriger primarily builds in the finest communities on the north side of Indianapolis and the southern parts of Hamilton & Boone counties. By focusing on this core area, we are able to better meet the expectations of our clients by spending more time on site and less time in traffic. Additionally, our subcontractors are more efficient and cost effective for the very same reason.

Camden Walk

Located on the west side of Carmel, this neighborhood is convenient to all the shopping, entertainment, business and health care facilities on the north side of Indianapolis. The beautifully landscaped community features two ponds and ambling walking trails. Camden Walk residents enjoy low maintenance living, which includes lawn care and snow removal. There are 56 total acres in section I and II and the total common area is 22 acres, including lakes.

Bridgewater Club

The Bridgewater Club is a prestigious country club community just east of U.S. 31 in Hamilton County. Our homes at Bridgewater are nestled in the rolling hills surrounding one of the state’s premier golf courses. Neighborhood amenities include an 18-hole Pete Dye championship golf course, as well as an outdoor Olympic-sized pool, large indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center and five miles of walking trails.

Windsor Grove

Surrounded by a beautiful brick wall, this private community of 35 large home sites is a landscaped oasis in the burgeoning west Carmel area. Residents enjoy wooded areas and two large ponds. Windsor Grove is convenient to the shopping, dining, and entertainment and health care facilities in Carmel, Zionsville and the north side of Indianapolis.
